Small company that actually cares about it's employees
Senior Management is extremely competent yet very human
They understand the customer's needs and understand how to deliver services effectively

    Cons

Could communicate more on a corporate level - Hard to do as most employees worked at various Govt locations throughout DC area.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't ever change. You are one company of managers who 'get it'. Continue to reward employees for the outstanding work that they do and the service that they provide for the customer.

SE Solutions Inc; ranked number 28 on Washington Technology’s Fast 50 small business Government Contractors 2008 list.

    • Comp & Benefits
    • Work/Life Balance
    • Senior Management
    • Career Opportunities
Current Employee - Senior Systems Engineer  in  Reston, VA
Current Employee - Senior Systems Engineer in Reston, VA

I have been working at Strategic Enterprise Solutions, Inc.

    Pros

Although I have worked for many companies who have sworn that they are employee centric, SE SOlutions has proven again and again that they are truely vested in their employees, and if you give them reasonible time to address the concern, they have always attempted to do within reason what they could for that employee.

    Cons

Almost all of the work they hold requires a government clearance. These clearances are difficult to get any more, and even the best of people have some small issue (could be finanicial even) that could flag them from a clearance, thus making SE Solutions not an option to be considered for employment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

None really. They have a great working business model, and have proven themselves year after year. They were ranked number 28 on Washington Technology’s Fast 50 small business Government Contractors 2008 list.
