    Company is growing, new products and services are brought to customers every quarter. People and culture are really good; very team-oriented and folks will pitch in to help.

    Cons

    Fast growth in offers means a changing environment and being able to adapt is important. Dedicated employees work hard and it shows.

    Pros

    I loved the people I worked with and they are one of the larger integrators in the telecom sector. They offered lots of products to customers.

    Cons

    Management was extremely disconnected. Even immediate supervisors may go a month or more without talking to you.

    If you're in Jersey, you're okay, but anywhere else, you have almost no representation. For example, if you are in sales out West and your customer has an issue, the Jersey people take priority because support is based out of there.

    They continually change benefits and expectations and many of the engineers work late nights and weekends. Because the technicians and engineers are stretched so thin, training takes a back seat.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You can't ONLY grow the business through acquisition. You have to keep customers happy, so focus on supporting what you have AND THEN acquire others.

    Pros

    Owner is a great leader. Company growing fast.

    Cons

    Sales management is unethical and accepts deceptive methods to make the sale. Very low paying sales compensation package compared to most others in the industry. Micromanagement is norm with CRM and sales directors are grossly overpaid and constantly riding sales team back for more. Get ready to be put on performance plan or 90 day review if you have a bad month or two. Loyalty to company is not recognized.

    If you want proactive happy sales force. Then compensate fairly and stop the monthly intimidation.

    Great people to work with at the company. Everyone there strives to provide 110% to every customer.

    Cons

    Management tries to overwork employees by piling tons and tons of work on them.
    Training for new opportunities is hard to come by
    Career growth typically is not possible

    Provide growth in the company, and a resource for employees to better themselves.

    Pros

    Growing business with a good back log of orders.
    Large companies that are buys our products and services that give great experience in dealing with complex systems and applications.
    Great group of colleagues that support you when you need it both from an aspect of internal troubles to helping with time off and vacation coverage.

    Cons

    Growth of the business has almost doubled over the last 3 years creating a lot of new employees and additional customer base that require a lot more attention.
    Promotions or job title changes don't come with raises or promotions to new salary grades.
    There are no salary grades for different positions, just best effort for what you can make for yourself.
