I have been working at Strategic Systems & Technology full-time

    Pros

Everyone in the organization is committed to success and is willing to embrace the rapid changes inherent to working with technology. Coming to work every day, I enjoy collaborative teamwork, freedom to innovate, and a good work-life balance. This is truly and amazing place to work.

    Cons

The office is located in the suburbs of Atlanta. This may work for some people, but not for others. But I would not let it deter you from taking a look at the organization.

    Advice to Management

Management provides transparency and sets company goals that can be obtained though collaboration and innovation with dedicated hard working team members. Keep up the great motivation and the great people working here.

I worked at Strategic Systems & Technology full-time

    Pros

They will provide you with any technology hardware you need. Great Holiday party. Location is good if you live close by.

    Cons

Low salary far less than Market Rate No work from Home Management is very thin. Some Manager/Directors had no employees under them. No defined culture.

    Advice to Management

Hire a HR/recruiter. Allow work from home days. Develop a culture to help gain talent. Hire people with experience.
