    Positive Outlook

I worked at Stratpoint Global Outsourcing as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Has a very professional environment. Company values its employees. Ensures team work and camaraderie. The superiors are very friendly and supportive. The supervisors make sure you understand everything and they always keep everything in check.

    Cons

Don't remember any much cons, maybe just the processing of papers with the interns. During that time, I *think* they were still new to hiring interns so the process is kinda messy. It was only at the beginning, but eventually it got smoother as they understood better the requirements.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Stratpoint Global Outsourcing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Management is very people-oriented. They are not your traditional Pinoy managers who like to "power-trip".

    Cons

Projects are very varied and sometimes hard to specialise in one technology.

    Advice to Management

Invest in more software tools and test devices.

I have been working at Stratpoint Global Outsourcing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Stratpoint is one of the leading companies involved with Web and Mobile development and integration.

    Cons

Always working with the latest technologies, sometimes professionals with such skills are difficult to find.

    Pros

Lots of projects with high-tech clients in Silicon Valley

    Cons

Can be stressful at times and requires employees to be self-learners, which may not be ok for some people. But if you are a true geek, you will love it here.

    Advice to Management

Invest more on world-class tools and facilities.

  8. Just Another Outsourcing Company

Current Employee - Software Engineer in Manila, Manila (Philippines)

    Pros

Semi-flexible work hours, casual dress code, great co-workers, location in the middle of the metro (easily accessible via commute), adjacent to mall and MRT station.

    Cons

Never been promoted after 2 years of exceptional work, never received a raise either. Lacks interesting projects. Office is bare.

    Advice to Management

Not sure what to suggest, but I would have liked more interesting and relevant projects. Transparency with regards to company performance is good, too.
