“Great startup working on some interesting low-power embedded engineering problems.”
Former Employee – worked at Streetline
Pros – Good culture and general working environment where you feel like you're amongst like-minded engineers. Information was easily shared between the different engineering groups and there was a lot of camaraderie. The engineering problems were interesting and challenging and there was good flexibility left to the engineers to solve them.
Cons – There was a split in the core engineering effort which led to two, mostly parallel, (contentious) tracks of development. This introduced unnecessary politics and frustrating overhead.
Advice to Senior Management – Great that management kept the employees aware of the larger picture direction and progress of the company, this was appreciated.
