It is a small company with a short hierarchy where you interact with everyone that works there. Work issues are always addressed if a employee has a concern.
Work schedule is very unpredictable. Example work 60-80 hours one week, next week different shift and hours cut below 40 hours. No vacation time can be taken between April to September. Vacation is not decided by employee but by the employer.
