    Cons

Entry compensation should be more competitive.

    Pros

Performance-driven. People-centric. Values and promotes diversity of people and thought. Strengths-based focus on development. Continuous Improvement mindset. Decentralization - have autonomy to meet the needs of your Division. Internal relationships - have best friends at work, can leverage to achieve more.

    Cons

Archaic processes - very paper based. Benefits are ok. Decentralization - lack of consistency in some areas. Internal relationships - mid-career hires can feel like an outsider but this can be mitigated if the mid-career hire integrates and build relationships quickly, they can succeed.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in IT resources and tools so we can work smarter not harder. Improve work/life balance.

    Pros

It is a good place to start a healthcare career and to put on resume. Offers GREAT products that are heads above competitors.

    Cons

High stress sales environment. End of months/quarters come with a LOT of pressure from management. Zero expenses paid for reps.

    Advice to Management

Consider a base salary/expense package for reps.

    Pros

Well managed & fiscally conservative company. Big organization that has kept the small company feel. Feels like working amongst long time friends which builds a culture of employees invested in each other's as well as the company's long term success.

    Cons

Decentralized buisness model has led to some inefficiency in some of the shared services, primarily HR, IT and supply chain.

    Advice to Management

Keep leveraging the balance sheet, promoting diversity and investing in R&D

    Pros

None. There are no pros about this company.

    Cons

Unless you're part of the 'elite class' you have no value at all. There's not enough money in the world to entice me to be treated like a non-person again.

    Advice to Management

None. No one would listen anyway.
