Advice to Senior Management
Better pay and hours
Pros
Big enough to have resources and lead in the industry, small enough to be very collegial. A very engaged and competent management team and employee base.
Cons
Citi sold the company to Discover in January, 2011. Since that happened, things have been extremely difficult. Many of the strong managers have left or are in the process of leaving and the replacements are questionable. There is not much progress being made in terms of integrating the business with Discover's existing Student Loan business and decision making is dysfunctional and slow.
Advice to Senior Management
Make the decision process much clearer, empower employees to take necessary actions, and integrate the operations and culture of the two organizations quickly.
Pros

Cons
heavy works creates lots of stress sometimes
Advice to Senior Management

the manager isnt friendly !
Pros
Friendly, Helpful. Great place to start off career
Cons
Not room for much growth within the company.
Pros
Solid experience with good track record for success
Cons
slow and seemingly inefficient in how they run the program
Advice to Senior Management
none
Pros
Good compensation and benefit package. Flex time dependent on department
Cons
Different departments seem to have different rules. Seems to be finger pointing instead of taking responsibility for actions.
Advice to Senior Management
Treat employees more like an asset instead of thinking there is always someone to replace them.
