“Tough Economy hurt business and employee confidence”
Current Employee – been working at Style Crest full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great benefits, pleasant people, educational opportunity
Cons – Few opportunities for growth, Tought place to speak up with fear of being fired, economy had tons of layoffs, never new when your ticket would get punched. Run by a family so their way or the highway mentality
Advice to Senior Management – Just because its your opinion doesnt mean its correct
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
