I have been working at Subsea 7 full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

There is enough diversification in the company to provide stability and job security. The Subsea 7 eggs are not all in one basket by any means.

    Cons

As with any large corporation, there is a lot of politics and red tape, but there seems to be an exceptional amount along with a general culture of "British" complication involved in every day operations and paper work here at SS7.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Simplify
