Pros – Working here you can expand your experience.

Cons – Benefits are very poor. Health insurance is very expensive, for single medical, forget family coverage unless you can afford $2000.00 per month. Management is unorganized and puts down younger employees. A lot of back stabbing in this office, it is a horrible place to work. Long term employees have negative attitudes and make them well known. Don't waste your time.

Advice to Senior Management – Clean house, get rid of long term dead wood. Provide a more comprehensive benefit plan.

That' it nothing else

Cons – They treat you like a idiot. Regard less of experience. The older employees have nothing nice to say about upper management, when you bring a problem or issue up to management they brush you off. Seems more like prison shop than a job shop. No raises. The management has issues with everything you do.

Advice to Senior Management – Close!
