Advice to Senior Management
Lead your employees more positively. We can't know if we're improving, when all we hear are negative comments.
Pros
I had a great management team, a great owner, and great co-workers. The hours were flexible, and there was excellent communication from the higher-ups.
Cons
The only one I can think of would be the lingering smell on your clothes ;) Otherwise, I can't think of any downside.
Advice to Senior Management
Schedule regular employee evaluations and give raises if warranted. Some of the employees I knew who had been there for four years were only making 5 cents more an hour than me when I first got hired, and they weren't happy about that since they could pretty much run the store by that point.
Pros
work/life balance. comfortable place to work if you are not looking to develop and are complacent with where you are in life. Free items throughout the year Thanksgiving: turkey, Fall: Apples, Summer: Watermelon
Cons
old and fat workforce which increases insurance cost for all employees
1000 - handicaps parking spaces (aren't we supposed to be an "eat fresh" brand? Healthy?
TERRIBLE benefits (dismal)
TERRIBLE pay (well below industry standards - which accounts for the most of the under performing employees) - you pay for what you get
uneducated leadership - secretaries promoted to director levels
no experience or diversity among leadership/managers/director - long standing employees that are only aware of the "Sub"way and have no perspective of other ways of doing things out side the box
too cheap to invest in technology
Advice to Senior Management
management is a joke and full of uneducated family members, friends, and employees there for 20 years. Fire top management and hire people that know how to run a company.

Advice to Senior Management
need more new hires, posting new work schedule every friday.
Pros
Flexible work schedule. Idle for students.
Cons
There is no place to advance your growth unless you have certain manager experience
Advice to Senior Management
No comment
Pros
The job is very easy to learn, the training can be completed in three shifts. Also there was discounted food for each full shift worked.
Cons
This is a low end minimum wage job which doesn't have any benefits or room to advance. There was a very high turnover rate at my store because of this. There was a raise promised after 6 months of working there which was never given to any of the employees. I was there for 10 months and told it was no longer in their budget. This place is one step above Mcdonald's because we didn't have to deal with grease but other than that it is basically a McJob.
Advice to Senior Management
There is a complete misalignment between management and the stores. Management sees labor as a cost not an asset thus employees are paid minimum wage with no room to grow. Maybe offer employees small raises in order to retain competent workers.
