Pros
Subway is a great place to work if you love to interact with customers and provide excellent customer service. Everyday you meet new people and sometimes you have regulars that know you by name and you know them by name. Sometimes it is a fast pace environment and sometimes it is not. Making food for customers is exciting to me because I know that I doing my best to make it the best sandwich they have never ate and so they will want to come back again.
Cons
Subway does not provide benefits to employers
