Pros – Good work life balance, ,Great if you like being a LTC rep
Cons – bonus can really vary, some reps make 30 k, some make 5k
No Company Car, but get car allowance, gas reimbursement
Advice to Senior Management – more promotional opportunities for field reps

“Company lost it's way”
I worked at Sucampo full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – I was there 5 years and was part of an exclusive team that they recruited for their first sales team. It was great for the first half and then we went public....got in a lawsuit....lost all vision
Cons – company has no true leadership or vision...
Advice to Senior Management – learn how to become leaders-you had an elite sales force-no one had under 7 -8 years experience and most had advanced degrees....we needed a team we could look up to and respect
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Pros – People on your team and the people you help everyday.
Cons – The upper management has all been leaving slowly.
Advice to Senior Management – Give back the car benefit and provide the stock that was promised with the IPO
