Pros
Work is rewarding and the production workers are dedicated.
Cons
Lack of communication. The future looks bleak. I don't expect this place to be around in the long run.
Advice to Senior Management
The management team needs to work as a team. Information must be shared and decisions made as a team. Planning must be done and communicated so that this company can survive.
