- Very smart & good people.
- Product Company and interesting HCM domain.
- Good for freshers.
Cons – - Just want to mint money from existing customers and no innovation.
- Lost the awesome UX TEAM and no focus on design.
- Old school of product engineering.
- Lost all the key R&D folks.
- Need strong leaders who can drive innovation.
- Cost cutting + no learning curve.
Advice to Senior Management – Focus on new innovations and new products and don't just merge products just for the (CHECK LIST). Think about innovation and compete with competitors with product quality.

Fun and friendly staff
Great flexible work schedule
Benefits are awesome
Cons – Compensation is meager at best.
Upper echelon doesn't understand customers needs.
Management is a firm believer in the "Good Ole Boy" system.
Advice to Senior Management – Be professional and always do the right thing even if it means you have to bite the bullet.
