    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Sumitomo Heavy Industries full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

As an engineer, I learn a lot technical knowledge from this job.

    Cons

The company is not growing anymore, but just struggling in the red ocean. People are hard working, using low efficiency method, under a not so good company culture which never encourage challenge.

    Advice to Management

The goal of the company should be clear, simple and consistent.
