I worked at Summit Catering Colorado Springs full-time for less than a year
Pros – If you need the money.
Cons – Negative reinforcement, intimidation, and constant beratement are the management styles. Even when the company was recognized in the local papers, the Chef did not pass along these positive words to the kitchen staff. The kitchen is fly infested. Basic food handling procedures are not followed. Chef and Sous chef rule by threat and intimidation.
Advice to Senior Management – Do not recommend this job for kitchen workers.
