I worked at Summit Technologies as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

There are absolutely ZERO pros dealing with Summit Technologies. If you decide to do work for them...plan on doing it for free.

    Cons

I've done graphics and 3D animation work for Summit Technologies and when the work was finished, not only did I not get paid, but the Owner Al Levy refused to even e-mail me back to answer my queries about when my invoice would be paid. These guys are the worst!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

PAY YOUR BILLS! When people go out of their way to help your business, the lEAST you can do is pay them what they are owed. I thought you were a decent guy Al but apparently I should have heeded the warnings from the people who have worked for you in the past who don't trust you.

I worked at Summit Technologies full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

None. Go with a larger, more established contracting agency.

    Cons

Less than candid. No support. Ft Lee is a TOXIC work environment. Meddling, intrusive client that has no clue but doesn't care. Think they know SharePoint and break your applications behind your back. The best and brightest have left the auditorium...

    Cons

    Uneven management
It's a small company that lack the resources to play in the field it does. It expect the employee to fill the gap.
