    Pros

Strong growth on man power, expanding Hong Kong, Phillippines, Vietnam and basically all over Asia or Asia Pacific region

    Cons

Lack in advertisement, company products lag behind market sometimes, have to restructure the product team in my opinion

    Advice to Management

Put more resources on advertisement, product research team, to update products faster and put up more competitive products in time is very important

    Pros

Opportunity to mold individual career paths, internal posting is encouraged and can lead to success.

    Collaborative work environment

    Work/Life Balance.

Overall compensation is better than average

    Cons

    Lots of bureaucracy.

Weighing of cost versus benefit of doing work is sometimes out of balance. A lot of time is spent deriving answers to exactness, when time/energy would be better spent on bigger picture.

Little turnover, which sometimes leads to non-productive individuals or areas.
