    Pros

Great place to work, great people. Allowed to get things done without asking for permission all the time. Very supportive work environment and opportunities. Loved the underdog, kickass attitude people had in general that I worked with.

    Cons

Did seem like more money was thrown after bad regarding ailing marketing programs. Why not just spend money where things were truly generating some return? This seemed maginified just before the takeover from Oracle.

    Advice to Management

All history now since Sun was acquired by Oracle.
