No brainwash, no cubicles, engineering centered overall.

Great for engineering, good people. Very open work environment and good work and family balance. They have good perks like ESPP, 401k, health insurance.

Senior management seemed to have very little insight on how to run the business aspects of the company. Missed many golden opportunities.

Innovation was key. People was pushed to look for out of the box solutions that would bring value to our customers. It was great while it lasted!

Senior Management in some cases neglect the changes that the market was demanding. It was not agile enough to adapt to te new requirements.
