Pros – no pros, the worst and unethical management ever seen in my career

Cons – Corruption from top to bottom,each and everybody

Pros – Sun TV is a fun place to work, with great people.

Cons – Sun has a reputation of being Canada's version of Fox News and thus gets it's share of criticism. I worked freelance and can't really speak of how they were to work for fulltime.

Advice to Senior Management – Hire me again when I get back to Ontario.

Pros – Surya TV keeps one on it's toes. You are given good work and your basic needs like travel, food etc while on shoot are taken care of completely by the company.

Cons – Timings for the shoots can go haywire sometimes. The office is located a bit far away from the main city.

Pros – Tension free, enjoyable, companies name and fame. As it is the leading one in this field, can gain more knowledge, experience and will have good exposure in respective fields.

Cons – No proper care on employees, employees can't move anywhere easily in the building except of his own floor. Salary isn't that satisfying, and no proper management.

Advice to Senior Management – Should have proper interactions with staffs, and take care of their needs.
