Cons

Pros
Liked the people I worked with.
Cons
SunGard is owned by large private equity companies. Their focus right now is cost reduction, even if it means cutting essential services, especially in the finance and accounting area. They are also an aggressive outsourcing company, moving many jobs to India.
Advice to Senior Management
Until the 'liquidity event" happens, which will probably be in 2012, there is not much they can do. Cutting costs doesn't mean you get a better product or better information.
