SunTrust Reviews

Pros
Great benefits package, three weeks vacation, excellent training, great learning experience, good preperation to work at other financial industries, opportunity for advancement into other financial areas with in bank.
Cons
Extreme high pressure to produce, micro-management from district manager, "you did good, but " mentality from upper management, pay is low in comparison to other corporations like Wachovia and Bank of America etc, cut back of quarterly bonuses, no final decision in hiring staff.
Advice to Senior Management
Recognize your employees for making steps towards improvement and don't always have something negative to say no matter how good they are doing. Back off the micro- management because it doesn't work for everyone. Know your employees and what motivates them to succeed.
