Pros – good for learning the basics and the first industry exposure for hydraulic,electrical and mechanical background people.,a very big plant with la lot variety of machines,with the dashing hero Mr. P.N SADHU,without whom the company will be lost in the wind

Cons – salary increment problem,,cleanliness problem,workers bad behave with the staff people ,they being in union,

Advice to Senior Management – annual salary increments should be there,

Pros – Best Company for mechanical fresher graduates.

Cons – no proper management (in some selected departments), worker union makes it worse.

Advice to Senior Management – Make regular increment for old staff; Do something for worker union, that is spoiling the working atmosphere of the company;
