I have been working at Suncor as an intern

    Pros

Phenomenal pay, great work environment, location in the plus 15, very smart people to work with, very supportive work environment.

    Cons

Very competitive to advance, it seems that advancement opportunities are scarce. Additionally, it seems like a fair amount of people are very scared about the prospect of losing their job.

    Advice to Management

Try to reassure the top performers that their job is safe. It truly seems like people are scared about the possibility of loosing their job.
