    Pros

Lots of opportunity, a strong pipeline and good backing from the owning company. Good work life balance and HR policies and benefits. Pay is high compared to other companies in area

Consistent change over the last several years can be challenging. Integrating with the Japanese owning company also challenging

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management has made significant strides in communication - keep it up. Better communication around transitions (layoffs) would be appreciated.
