I have been working at Sunrise Senior Living full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Well structured company. Easy to grow internally. Corporate guides you so you're trained well.

    Cons

The lower positions make less. On the other hand the higher positions make great money. Responding to Corporate is time consuming and annoying but in the end they help.

    Pros

There is always room to grow

    Cons

At some buildings you are the only wellness nurse so you can take on a lot of responsibility and stress with no one to help you or delegate tasks to.

I have been working at Sunrise Senior Living full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great staff , good people , Gaining experience (rem) floor , flexible schedule, acceptable tasks and assailments, no cooking !

    Cons

Competitive residents that can be really overwhelming and dangers , plus wandering if they just stop accepting any one and kick out who ever misbehave it will be great because other wise they should call it a nursing home not assisted living ! Then we get paid more ! Oh no parking Before 7 p.m 😐 Break room is awful

    Advice to Management

Provide us with new gear for transferring residents . A lot of new inventions out there !!!!!! Plus for falling residents they have special gear that will set them in a sec . Give bonus, give gift cards, show you care ! Send the to spa Value the employe of the month It's not just a title Show how much you appreciate your business maker
