    Wonderful people the residents as well as their families and also the staff.

    Well developed value based commitment to residents and staff. Lots of training.

    Cons

    Company lacks focus on what they want to market. Poorly planned roll outs of initiatives for changes. Weak technology usage across company.

    It's the residents that are the most positive part of the company

    Work life balance is askew

    Fiduciary oversight seems lacking. For example a model suite costing $10k? Vinyl flooring for 500 sq ft $5k?

    Pros

    I love working with the elderly and making a difference in their day. Our community is a good place to be at.

    Cons

    It is hard when the residents pass away, but we have a great team that supports each other.

    Advice to Management

    I would like to see higher wages?

    Not the best environment to work in. Not the most friendly of people employees can work on teamwork. Fast paced

    Pros

    A loving place for seniors and you can tell the staff really cares. Every other weekend off for full timers and sometimes part timers as well. Full time position hours are set. The company does things to appreciate staff members and my R/C is awesome. I love working here.

    Cons

    The most problems that I have had working at this facillity is with other co-worker. I have not been the first one with these complaints. I believe its lack of communication and different views on how to get tasks done. The coordinators have been trying to resolve these issues, but it is always a recurring problem.

    Advice to Management

    I think there should be some kind of intervention with staff and communication skills. Some of the workers maybe set in their ways and it maybe more difficult to work as a team.
