    Pros

I feel that management cares and listens to us. They are fair, supportive and involved. We can depend on them to advocate for us. They make us feel appreciated. We are compensated well. They are very understanding about medical and personal issues.

    Cons

The first six months were hell. To many supervisors, and to many changes in leadership which resulted in inconsistencies and confusion. .Unrealistic demands and expectations. Key emphasis on productivity, but many barriers preventing us from being productive. Expect to work through lunch and stay working late.

    Advice to Management

    Stay involved and be available.

    Cons

Poor very poor management. Company over promised what is possible for one case manager to do, so ending working ten hours days and still not getting everything done.Poor poor management.

    Advice to Management

    Get it together

    Pros

Great management and people who care about our members. Listens to team for suggestions.

    Cons

Too many corporate initiatives get in way of actual case management. Pick one a week for priority not five.

    Advice to Management

    Great team from r management.

    Advice to Management

Stop the favoritism and the bullying.

    Pros

Decent pay and great potential if they clean up management.

    Cons

Poor management and advancement is based on who you know. The managers and supervisors have poor leadership skills. There will be 100 calls in cue and supervisors will be walking around telling you that.

    Advice to Management

Sit down and help take some calls as needed. They pay workforce to monitor the cue. Treat and talk to the employees that are on your team with respect. Focus on the important things like improving processes, technology and ensuring that the fee schedule is updated in your system so that claims process correctly. KEEP THE PROCESSES UPDATED IN THE SYSTEM!!! They send 1000 emails a day instead of updating the system. One person will tell you to do something one way and another person will tell you to do it another way.

    Pros

Pay is decent and amount of time off.

    Cons

Everything else. If you brown nose you will love it here. If that's not you.... GoodLuck! Work ethic and education plays NO role in promotions or transfers.

    Advice to Management

Stop the favoritism and evenly distribute the work load. Promote those who actually work hard and deserve it instead of your BFF. Replace HR staff because they all are a joke. Actually look at the members needs instead of the numbers (Quality over quantity).

    Pros

Good pay. Benefits are really good. People that work there are very nice.

    Cons

Management expects more than what can be reasonably done. Training was not pertinent to the job.

    Pros

Coworkers are the best. Pay is great for the area.

    Cons

Upper management is very out of touch with what is realistic from employees. they care more about the number of members enrolled in case management than the quality of services provided. No desire to actually help members, it's all about saving $$$. No feedback from management, constant fear of being written up or fired.

    Advice to Management

Make goals more realistic. Get to know employees and the struggles they face.

    Pros

I'm able to work from home.

    Cons

The caseload is crazy it can be anywhere from 60-100 if you are out in the community or have nursing home.

    Advice to Management

Cut back on caseload, your employees would work harder to have better customer satisfaction.
