- Needs to start changing its company culture. Upper management needs to change they way they manage the company. Also in order to keep the company growing they should make sure that employees are happy and satisfied with there pay and also working environment.

Good benefit in the dental/ vision/ health care insurance. Job security. The company is growing even if the economic environment is bad.

The employees work so long everyday. They don't know the team work. Typical Asian company with vision but no direction.
