    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Great people. Emphasis on shaing and helping other reps in the field. Positive competition. Good benefits and people were generally treated well.

    Cons

They do have a tendency towards micro-managing people in the field. No real growth opportunities, and I wish thry would have disclosed more about their financial backing situation in my interview, as well as disclosed how much time I would be spending servicing accounts
