    Pros

The pay is good ,the product and clients are interesting. The training for new hires is superb. Small teams so easy to be heard if you want it.

    Cons

Lots of lies internally and to clients. Ice acquisition bad for sales people. Senior management worst in business. Turnover is extremely high.

    Advice to Management

    Leave

    Pros

Time to catch up on personal initiatives as no one is interested in SD's products or services.

    Cons

Terrible management, terrible products and services, Market has changed leaving the products irrelevant, they won't pay owed commission, terrible benefits, psychological warfare on a daily basis....it's just absolutely awful.

    Advice to Management

    Shut the doors

    Pros

Mgmt takes no initiative. It's easy to do little work and survive.

    Cons

Product management located in Israel. Do not respond to needs globally. No motivation or desire to work proactively in the client's favor.

    Advice to Management

    Quit.

    Pros

Good location in the middle of Tel Aviv with good access to all public transportation. Salaries are industry average or a bit below. Lunch allowances.

    Cons

I worked in the company foe a few years and never observed a working project delivered on time. Schedules slip if there are any, features added ad hoc, commitment to quality is low. Potential for professional growth is limited. Junior developers move on to different companies after a few years. Few massive layoffs also influenced the employee morale in the negative way.

    Advice to Management

Try to invest more time and effort into management of engineers as opposed to management of tasks. Listen to lower ranks since they are the once having most of the information about technology and state of the projects.

    Pros

Nice employees. Normal people. There is not much else to say unfortunately. Life style is good but at the same time most people just watch youtube and facebook openly.

    Cons

No salary increase. Everyone's salary stays the same no matter how long you have been here.
Very bad management. Like a cornershop.
Totally disatisfied employees all desperate to leave. Even management wants to leave. Talk opening about leaving.

    Advice to Management

Invest in people, think long term. Not just desperately trying to sell the company and leave with cash in hand.
