    Pros

    - Pay is competitive without being excessive
    - Plenty of opportunities for younger employees to learn and grow
    - Constant push for efficiency and system change
    - Senior management cares more than franchisees let on
    - Staff in the HQ office get along well for the most part
    - Good people to work with and learn from
    - The company has a positive growth plan and a solid future, ignore what past reviewers have said

    Cons

    - Working with the cities can be a struggle due to decentralized management structure
    - Franchisees can be extremely difficult to work with as they tend to never see the big picture and a myriad of other reasons
    - Benefits are terrible compared to other Corporate offices in the valley
    - Upward mobility is difficult due to frequent hiring from outside rather than promoting from within
    - Lack of organized structure makes implementing change a difficult prospect sometimes
    - Work/life balance was not the best but was improving
    - Certain managers could be...difficult to work with

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

The best customer base network, money machine. needs right people to manage

    Cons

Senior management does not care, they only cares for their bonuses. It's a shame to work for these people

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at SuperShuttle International as a contractor for more than 5 years

    Pros

If you are a franchisee you can make your own schedule,
hire your own staff of drivers,
    be "in business" for yourself

    Cons

SuperShuttle still ultimately controls what you do and the work you get.
You don't negotiate fares, pickups, dropoffs or any discounts offered or accepted.

You are at the mercy of a corporate structure that does give two cents about you or your success.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Open your eyes and listen to the franchisee's and give a little. We are not robots. There are many smart and savvy business types that came in with a desire to truly be in control of their work.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
