    Very Bad Experience

Business Reporting Analyst (Former Employee) Buffalo, NY

ProsI enjoyed one of their CSR activities in Buffalo.

ConsI had a very bad experience working for this company. I got hired as a Business Analyst. My job was to prepare analytics on Microsoft Excel. I did not get any proper training. In spite of that, I did my best to get upto speed. In addition, my coworkers were extremely demanding. After a few months, they just suddenly called me, and without giving any proper reason, they terminated my employment, inspite of the fact that I was getting better. They did it in such an unprofessional manner and it was the most humiliating experience of my life.

Advice to Senior Management1. Make proper Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
    2. Give proper training to the new employees and allow them to settle down and get into the groove.
    3. Give proper reasons for terminating an employee.

    Anyone Can Do It

Help Desk (Former Employee) Round Rock, TX

ProsThey have placed people in some positions over a period of time. Beyond this little is known except that anyone can do what they do.

ConsTheir competition can do or even easliy outdo them in all categories except when employers select only them for placement. That's having a good sales staff, not necessarily a good placement staff.

Advice to Senior ManagementFind jobs for more people, even those who are not cookie cutter or fit within a form. Anyone can do that.
