Great teamwork approach. Opportunities to learn a lot and grow professionally. Fast-paced work environment with lots to do.

I worked at Supreme Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good company in the beginning. Was a secure employment opportunity until the later years. Salary was good for the work. Good medical scheme. Fair rotation.

    Cons

Management didn't care for staff. Most management was not qualified for their position. Bad management lead to their current problems.

    Advice to Management

All the investigations that you are currently under must be a sign of the quality of management. You need to look at what you have done to people's lives in the past and don't make the same mistakes.
