    Advice to Management

Glad you lost all your contracts ... the complete incompetence you handled your selves ensured you deserved what you got.

    Pros

I enjoyed the opportunities provided me. The day to day challenges. Their benefits package was un-matched. Company has good core values.

    Cons

The inability of some grade 10-11 managers (Empire Managers) to see through a person's BS and or allowing themselves to become to friendly with junior staff members.

    Advice to Management

Mr O, Review your staff. Some of your management staff are in way over their heads. Friends promoting friends or giving special projects because they were their in country hookup for unauthorized items. You have one person, who is probably the biggest Racist in the company and has operated the system by knowing someone, backdoor deals or has BS'd so many of your our upper management staff. Now he is a position that will probably end with the company losing a sub-contract, because he may actual have to do a job that requires more then talk.

A lot of opportunities to gain professional experience in multibillion dollar organisation. Global operations of the biggest service provider allow to directly deal with governmental and international organisations. Day-to-day quality and critical environment keeps you challenged all the time.

    Cons

    Regular external and on-job training.

    Pros

    1. Ethics Committee- Employees are protected against unprofessional practices. Each employee has the right to report to the Ethics Committee of any bullying, any type of harassment, unprofessional work communications, untoward incidences that would jeopardize the personality of each employees. They see to it that each employee are given respect and treatment by each and everyone in the organization.
    2. Best Healthcare benefits- Being an expat needs secured healthcare benefits. Supreme is one of the organizations that offer this outstanding healthcare benefits that includes everything that an expat could ever had working in a foreign land.
    3. Good compensation package- Each employee is given fair compensation packages depending on the type of work he/she performs. It is usually above the usual salary standard working in UAE.
    4. Peronal Development- Gave a series of programs for each employees to further progress on their development as a whole.

    Cons

    1. Bonus- Supreme should provide fair bonus distribution not only to certain employees in the organization but to all employees working from the ranks up to the upper management. Providing bonus is somewhat a motivation to all employees to work an extra mile or a way to motivate them working more for the company. This should not only be given to a few but to all who have given significant contributions to what the company has become.
