    Pros

Unique culture, like nothing I ever imagined existed
Top-notch work/life balance for the industry. Not like lame i-banks
    Meritocracy

    Cons

Steep learning curve for many, since skills can't be learned elsewhere
    Lots of company specific lingo
Qdoba catered lunches only once per month

    Advice to Management

Upper management consists of some of the most saavy traders that exist. So saavy that I have no advice at this time.

    Pros

Good relaxed environment with plenty of help when you need it. Small teams with direct feedback when you need it as well as the ability/opportunity to ask anyone else for help.

    Cons

No real cons except for the relatively low pay for a software engineer co-op.

    Pros

I have been working here over 18 years and have loved the experience. it is a very challenging, fast pace, and intellectual environment. Company continually strives to improve itself. Culture is very flat, and there is easy and open access to management. Employees are encouraged to come up with new and innovative strategies. Employees work well with each other, and it often has a collegiate feel. Weekends off and free lunch and breakfast a plus.

    Cons

You have to work through lunch due to market hours.
