    Pros

Flat organization. Good free food, summer parties, several smart people with big egos.Relaxed dress code.

    Cons

Flat organization with training focused primarily on traders. One has to become bosses pet to get good work and raises. Highly skewed against women. Too many egos of long timers.

    Pros

Good quality of life programs with free daily lunch and breakfast. A lot of opportunities to pick up new tasks will prevent you from getting bored of doing the same thing every day.

    Cons

My department was horribly understaffed, leaving us all with almost no extra time to complete important daily tasks. If anything went wrong during the day you were guaranteed to stay late.

    Pros

Open collaborative culture, free lunches, decent benefits (for full-time employees), interesting people.

    Cons

Secrecy between upper level management and the average employee seems to create a bit of distrust among employees. Salaries could be higher as well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Open up the performance of the business to employees so that we know where the company stands.

I worked at Susquehanna International Group, LLP full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    -Smart people
-Sizable capital which allows traders to place big bets and take on considerable risk when it is +EV
-Culture does not shy away from risk
    -Good investment in technology
    -Good buffets

    Cons

-Mock trading is poorly structured. Too much time spent on mental math, not enough on developing practical skills that you will use as a trader.
-In many groups you will learn nothing about trading during the trading day. Traders are too busy to bother teaching and ATs are pretty much kept busy with clerical duties and gain little insight into the trading process. It's a waste.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on trader development and teaching applicable skills during the trading day and during mocks. SIG is a good place to be a trader, but it's not a good place to learn about trading when you are starting out, which is unfortunate.

    Pros

You get to play poker every day. The traders are all pretty cool. The food is incredible; they even have quidoba day.

    Cons

The education part is tough, and the teachers are harsh. Also, the office is in the middle of nowhere outside of Philly.
