I have been working at Susquehanna International Group, LLP full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

I have been working here over 18 years and have loved the experience. it is a very challenging, fast pace, and intellectual environment. Company continually strives to improve itself. Culture is very flat, and there is easy and open access to management. Employees are encouraged to come up with new and innovative strategies. Employees work well with each other, and it often has a collegiate feel. Weekends off and free lunch and breakfast a plus.

    Cons

You have to work through lunch due to market hours.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook

    Pros

Flat organization. Good free food, summer parties, several smart people with big egos.Relaxed dress code.

    Cons

Flat organization with training focused primarily on traders. One has to become bosses pet to get good work and raises. Highly skewed against women. Too many egos of long timers.

    Pros

Good quality of life programs with free daily lunch and breakfast. A lot of opportunities to pick up new tasks will prevent you from getting bored of doing the same thing every day.

    Cons

My department was horribly understaffed, leaving us all with almost no extra time to complete important daily tasks. If anything went wrong during the day you were guaranteed to stay late.

    Pros

Open collaborative culture, free lunches, decent benefits (for full-time employees), interesting people.

    Cons

Secrecy between upper level management and the average employee seems to create a bit of distrust among employees. Salaries could be higher as well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Open up the performance of the business to employees so that we know where the company stands.
