    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Sutherland Global Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The one thing I did enjoy was my co-workers and some of the customers that called in.

    Cons

Our schedules and desks changed every 2 weeks or so...I lost count on how many different desks I had...the turnover was outrageously high.

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring quantity over quality and pay employees a decent living wage.

    Pros

-Average Benefits -There are none besides the average benefits.

    Cons

They lie, they change policies without warning and without explaining the change. Their tech assistance is horrible and they don't pay you if you have an issue with their system. They promote people who have no idea about the client's business- think old boy system there. They will let go of employees without notice, and if they do give you an "end date" they will not stick by it. If your company is being "absorbed" by Sutherland from your current company, get out now. They do not organize, listen, or understand anything that they should.

    Advice to Management

    Stop lying to your employees.

I have been working at Sutherland Global Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Work from home. Great trainig and great support if you need help.

    Cons

When I started training they said sales was a plus not demanded. Biy did they lie. You are required to make at least 6 sales a month and its hard when you work in the tech department and Cox cant even keep customers services running correctly.

    Advice to Management

Dont lie and tell new employees its Tech support and then throw sales at them.

I have been working at Sutherland Global Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Ability to work at your own pace, independently and from home. The trust given is exhilarating.

    Cons

Connection with associates, and out side world. It gets lonely.

    Advice to Management

When you find a agent that performs higher than anticipated keep them happy with hours.

I worked at Sutherland Global Services full-time

    Pros

Wish I could have experienced something good.

    Cons

Vendor contract in Austin, Texas - that has no employer work ethics. All they do is find everything that is wrong with you on the job and try and get rid of you. There is never any positive feedback. I experienced Harassment and Discrimination at this work site. Lot's of favoritism in the office. The Manager, is so inexperienced he does not know anything of the positions and does not take the time to learn all the jobs of his employees. No employee handbook was ever available or job expectations written out. He only knows how to hire, due reports and Fire employees. Sutherland is a double standard.

    Advice to Management

To have a representative of EEO available and or have a third party professional Human Resources available for the benefit of the employees.
