    Pros

Pros? You can do a lot of work at home. That's about it,

    Cons

Where do I start? Even as a WAH worker, the schedules are STRICT and there is likely no way to take time off, even without pay. Supervisor is immature and not forthright.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

ASK your employees what they think and act on it.

    Pros

I love the flexibility that working from home provides! No commute - no road rage (lol), no brownbag lunch or fast food expense.

    Cons

I sometimes miss having face-to-face communication with coworkers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue listening to your employees. We want to do a good job but sometimes need more support on systems

    Pros

THe pro s were that I met and got along with many people in the same situation as I and the perks that Sutherland offered to its employees helped with not being too competitive but being more friendly and compassionate to others.

    Cons

Thecons were that even though I was only there for a short time, I enjoyed the benefits that were offered to me as an employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The upper management was very commendable, kind and were very open and compassionate toward others. THey are very kind hearted and loveing people that were not just supervisors but went above and beyond for its employees and treated people equally and with much respect.

    Pros

Only getting a check was the best part

    Cons

Management and they have a high turn over for a reason!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please get your company together, it has nothing but young ghetto people working there and the managers are sleeping with the employees ! It's by far the worst place ive worked and they simply look for reasons to fire you ! They told me they were overstaffed bull shxt !

    Pros

This was the best place to say I left. Good leaders at certain levels, but the best ones are leaving

    Cons

Executives at the highest level have lost the closeness with employees and what they do for customers. Cost cutting is a priority over innovation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up. Get out of your office. Stop talking to investors and start talking to customers and employees.

I worked at Sutherland Global Services full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Plenty of different programs in different locations, depending on your skillset.

    Cons

Ohh where do I start... Definitely underpaid in most programs as we're subcontracted to do the business of other companies. Turnover is very high for a very good reason. This will be mostly 20 somethings and 50 somethings with very little in between. A program which you work on could be closed with no advanced notice and they will claim to help you with transitioning you to another, but simply send your resume to the next program head. Management seems to be gained by having the right friendships instead of performance or seniority.
