    Pros

    Supportive and engaged manager. Excellent pay.

    Cons

    Managers supervise multiple offices in multiple towns. Mid-managers have a history of being ineffective and under qualified

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Corporate stressed patient satisfaction. Office seemed entirely focused on productivity. There should be a balance but patient care should be of the utmost priority. If the patient, family and physician are not satisfied there will be no repeat business.

    Pros

    The insurance is great... and being a patient at a sutter facility was top notch. pay is comparable to start

    Cons

    Expect productivity to come before patient care. Managers are unprofessional, many employees donate hrs to reach productivity because employees are threatened with termination if productivity is not reached. lunches and breaks are rarely taken by field clinicians. dont value long term employees

    Patients are individuals and should be treated as such

    Pros

    OK benefits. Weekend differential. Clean office space.

    Cons

    Top center down management with employee input only given lip service. Incessant pressure to commit more time to tasks with dwindling raises that do not keep up with cost of living.
    No union. This company has a history of hostility toward unions.
    Disrespect and distrust of employees is readily apparent.
    Recent management changes increasingly mercenary with increasingly draconian rules and good employees flying out the door.
    Increasing restrictions on how and what is communicated between staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Respect your employees. Provide incentives like raises and profit sharing. You have a professional staff that knows what the patients need. Input from them would help them and your company.
