    Pros

    good oportunities of trainning
    company well seen by market

    Cons

    the worst system of promotions i have ever seen,
    managers unprepared,
    paychecks far away from market average,
    work from 6a.m. to 10 p.m.,
    lots and lots of politicians, decisions based NOT on data and facts, rare real managers!

    Advice to Management

    Pay people based on what they produce, not based on their years dedicated inside company.
    Prepare yourself, do not cut people better than you.
    Study!
    Books are your friends, they can not hurt you. You will not lose your time by doing your own homework.

    Pros

    Good benefits. Good trainning program.

    Cons

    Worst system of promotions I´ve ever seen. It has NOTHING to do with performance or feedback. The feedbacks and performance reviews are open for subjective andnot assertive evaluations.
    The salaries are by far under the market average.

    Advice to Management

    Suzano will never grow healthly if do not change the "under average salaries" system and start a complete new promotion system.
