Excellent company, good leads and PMs

Senior Software Engineer (.NET) (Current Employee)
    Saint Louis, MO

ProsCalm, casual (not dress code) work environment. Very understanding of scheduling anomalies for personal issues.

ConsDress code is on the business side of business casual. Technology (on the healthcare side) is a bit out of date and stilted.

    Bleh

    Account Executive (Current Employee)
    Saint Louis, MO

ProsFun to work with the customers
    Movie Screeners

ConsPromotions are rare and done when they want someone to blame in the future
People are let go for trivial reasons
Always afraid you will be fired
    No real raises (4%)
    Unrealistic sales goals
    People don't feel valued

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your sales people. Allow anonymous feedback in house so people can put out ideas without fear of being fired. Don't allow managers to get involved in the rumor mill. Maybe Tim should actually know all the people that work for him instead of relying solely on their manager's opinion of them.

    Don't follow through on values

    Coordinator (Former Employee)
    Phoenix, AZ

ProsTechnical environment, Good team work atmosphere, training for technical skills is excellent, lots of opportunity to try out new skills

ConsDon't follow through on core values. Make unrealistic promises. Fail to provide management training for middle managers, inefficient and frustrating.

Advice to Senior ManagementProvide the people at the bottom with ideas on how to manage their teams. Reward individual employees for their contributions
