    Pros

You have the chance to work in an emerging field of marketing that is interesting and dynamic. You can take personal ownership of projects. The people are nice, and there's definitely a lot of talent and potential there, it just hasn't been correctly harnessed.

    Cons

Minimal work/life balance. Research is not statistically validated. High employee turnover, more of a focus on "corporate reorganization" and giving everyone new titles rather than solving the fundamental management/sales issues that are hurting the organization. A lot of talk, not a lot of action. It's also somewhat scary/frustrating to never know where the company stands from month to month...

    Advice to Management

Less corporate reorganization, more management. Know your strengths. If you're good at sales, stick to sales and hire people to do what you can't.

    Pros

Only reason you might feel like going to work in sway is your co-coworkers and the location of the venue.

    Cons

Poor leadership from management. Poor business knowledge of management. No appreciation towards hard working employees. Unfair treatment. Lack of people skills of managers.

    Advice to Management

Try to find the talents of your employees. Treat your employees with the respect they deserve. It is 2010, try to educate yourself with the new marketing and business advancements.
