    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Good working environment in Singapore. If you're good the company will promote you, and the management is approachable and friendly.

    Cons

Skills you acquire are relatively easy to find in the market, the company is making a very small margin on top of what they are earning from you so remuneration is limited.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to young recruits as they are the future of the company. Set up a proper training program instead of waiting for the recruit to learn everything on their own.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The rank and file of employees are pleasant people with good technical skills. They are meticulous about the work they do and try to do a good job on each task.

    Cons

The working environment is dreadful. There is a glass ceiling that seems about a kilometre thick. The Board seems to have no ambition to be anything but an average QS company. There seems little appetite for innovation.

    Advice to Management

Get some ambition about the future and follow through. Get some new blood on the Board and listen to those people. Do some soul searching about why there are so few women in senior positions and how that affects the company.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Would prefer not to comment as it is not a very nice place to work at the moment. The people you work with are generally nice and can be fun to work with. There is a good unofficial social scene

    Cons

Poor management, bad communication. No social activities anymore. Low salaries compared to the market (even in a credit crunch)

    Advice to Management

Pay your good staff more and your bad less!
