Former Employee – worked at Swift Energy as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Really great coworkers. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Overall a good time and I learned a lot about the professional work environment. I had plenty of opportunity to work on my own, but it was encouraged to come to my employers with updates or questions.
Cons – Was of course an internship, so there were slow days and I did have to lug around a lot of equipment at some points. I didn't mind it though since it gave me a chance to be up and about.
Advice to Senior Management – Nothing overtly negative that I could suggest changing.

Former Employee – worked at Swift Energy
Pros – Swift is a growing company that has a good company culture along with great benefits for employees, a laid back work schedule, and friendly co workers.
Cons – Needs to improve their business process. They need a paperless software. Swift Employees tend to print their work way to much.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat your managers better implement a ERP system. Promote better from within and also give your employees something to believe in.

Current Employee – been working at Swift Energy
Pros – With the growth rate, there are opportunities opening up every day. We have senior managers that for the most part, truly have their hearts in the rigiht place.
Cons – The "letting go" is happening too slowly for some people and too fast for others. It would depend which camp you are in as to whether the company is in good stead.
Advice to Senior Management – Be honest with yourselves and decide that all sr managers are on board with the VMVB program and if they are not, then they are hindering you.
