    Pros

High focus on training and employee satisfaction in the workplace, I felt like I had many resources that I could go to in order to get help. The pay was competitive with other companies and they had a strong presence around the Atlanta area.

    Cons

As a summer hire there were a lot of others that were hired that did not necessarily take their job as seriously as some. Especially for a lifeguarding position, taking your job seriously is important

    Advice to Management

i would suggest taking more time to make a connection with each of your employees. We all know they are busy running the company but it helps morale.

The job offers independence, management experience and freedom

It requires long hours and little pay

    Patrons are nice
    Meetings are fun
Get to be outside all day
    Get to swim sometimes

    Cons

    Temp
Chemicals can be hard to handle, and they lack safety equipment at some pools
    Sun burns are likely
    Communication
    Low Hours
    Low hourly pay

    Advice to Management

None really. Its temp so its hard to employ an older person for the tame they need. However, better communication is a must.

    Pros

Considering that this is a company that hires probably 500-1000 teenagers every year, they are remarkably efficient, and good natured. I walked into an interview for a lifeguard position and left in a managerial position. All the full time staff are very nice and it was a great experience working here.

    Cons

They are very demanding about taking extra shifts.

    Advice to Management

No real advice. They are very good at their jobs and somehow manage to deal with having mostly teenage employees.
