I have been working at Swirlls

    Pros

discount on yogurt, happy co-workers, flexible scheduling, on time pay, not micro managed, caring owners, good quality product, understanding work force

    Cons

long shifts sometimes, labor work, smell like yogurt, must clean bathroom, must be able to get dirty, always have to wipe down yogurt

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

being able to give more incentives, more systematic way to manage without being at the store, more staff events not just meetings

I worked at Swirlls part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The environment of the store was so bright and never dull. The people I worked with all had great attitudes, so working was always enjoyable. The yogurt is to die for, as are the millions of toppings to choose from. Changing your work schedule wasn't too hard to do either.

    Cons

The work schedule was ver unorganized sometimes.

    I worked at Swirlls

    Pros

Management really do listen to employees; easy to request days off when needed; they don't force you to work days you do not want to and are even willing to let you work once a week if requested; fun place to work at; very nice employees; I can genuinely say they have actual fresh fruits and good quality yogurt

    Cons

Long hours sometimes; you really do leave smelling like yogurt or milk; since it's filled with high school/college workers, of course, not all of them really do their jobs; low pay; zero benefits besides free yogurt/discounted yogurt
