    Flight benefits, nice working colleagues

    Cons

Some departments managers are quite simply not capable and as a result departments are poorly managed, with the effect on morale quite significant. The inadequate and incompetent department managers are slowly demotivating a good workforce.

    Pros

Well, I like to tell anyone who is interested to work in Textile Sector that you will have to leave your social life because of lots of work burden. But If you are good at managing time then you are successful. Be positive in your attitude always.

    Cons

I face some difficulties working over there because they don't manage the priorities.

    Advice to Management

I would like to give the Advice to Management that they should get some better Management for every single department they had in their Company.
