    Invest some money in the lower paid individuals eg analysts who want to develop into your future managers instead of just pounding senior management with more money

    Pros

    There are none that I can think of, other than the above average welfare facilities with a costa being on site.

    Cons

    Some culture issues within the organisation, Senior Managers that were more wanting to make a name for themselves than make a positive difference.

    High standard of professionalism, training opportunities and support provided, excellent salary and benefits, good work life balance and friendly coworkers

    A bit of red tape is obvious in processes and procedures, but it can be partly justified given the size of the organization.

    Pros

    Competitive salary and great work life balance. Working with incredibly inteligent people. Changing locations and rotations encouraged.

    Cons

    Relatively slow progression - people get promoted based on the years of experince in the company. Zurich head office visibly favoured by the company.

    Excellent support for training - interpersonal and skills

    Challenging in a good way

    Cons

    very complex internal systems can be a challenge to work with. sometimes it can takes ages to find out what is going on. the amount of detail in the system can be overwhelming

    Some useful experience to have on CV, touching many areas of the business. People were good to work with, and there was a good work life balance.

    Cons

    Undergoing significant change when I worked there, often with very conflicting demands from immediate managers who were constantly changing, pay and other benefits were minimal.
