Current Employee – been working at Swisslocker full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – 1> Great remuneration. Nice perks, very satisfying bonus.
2> Working at cutting edge and intellectual Satisfaction. (Always on your toes.)
3> Nice people and cool team. (Some of the best in the industry.)
4> What you kill is what you eat culture.
Cons – 1> No holidays, (You are expected to work on Saturdays and Sundays also) Very tight time schedules.
2> High stress environment, extremely high stress/tension, which is also time critical.
3> Long hours. (You can expect to work for 80 Hr/ week as a basic expectation.)

Current Employee – been working at Swisslocker
Pros – Nice, educative and thrilling. Good feeling. Nice & classy people to work with, good money. No workday you shall find boring, Coolest hedgies team in the west coast, speed & professionalism, awesome technology, Great for teleworking.
Cons – Very tense work environment, Gruesome workload, nearly zero holidays. Ultra stressful job, No holidays can be expected, No errors are accepted. Near military environment. 90+hours / week is expected.
